Account Profile & Email Notifications 


You can access your account profile by clicking "Settings" then, "Accounts" in Thunder. Under "Account Information", you can edit your name, login ID (email), and password. Under "Account Options" you can opt in or out of receiving certain email notifications.
 



 

Reset Password


If you have lost your password, you can click on "Forgot your password" at www.placelocal.com. You will receive an automated email with a link to reset your password. NOTE: It may take up to 10 minutes to receive the automated email. Using the "forgot your password" tool a second time will invalidate the your first request.
 




 

Create New Account (Admins Only)


If you are an admin at your organization, you can create new accounts for your team by selecting "Create Account" on the "Other Accounts" tab. Once you create an account, the user will receive an automated email with their login credentials.
